Hey Green Bay π
You know itβs officially fall when your car heater and A/C both get used in the same 24 hours. ππ
The airβs crisp, the coffee tastes better, and suddenly every candle in the house smells like βharvest dreamsβ or βpumpkin serenity.β
Weβre in that sweet spot where the mornings feel like November, but the afternoons still think itβs July, and honestly, weβre here for it. βπ§£π
So grab your coziest blanket, light that overpriced candle, and settle in, weβve got another week of all things local, lovely, and a little bit weird (in the best way). π

π π Give BIG Green Bay 2026 Applications Now Open!
Hereβs your chance to make a BIG difference! π
Applications are officially open for the 2026 Give BIG Green Bay campaign, the community-wide giving event that fuels local nonprofits and helps countless neighbors across our area. π
Each year, the initiative raises awareness and funding for organizations doing incredible work, from youth programs to environmental efforts and everything in between. πͺ

ππ¬ De Pere Man Launches Gambling Recovery Group ποΈ
A De Pere resident is turning personal struggle into community strength. πͺ
Heβs launched The Gambling Recovery Group, a new local support network helping individuals break free from gambling addiction and rebuild their lives.
The group offers a safe space for sharing stories, promoting accountability, and connecting with others who are on a similar journey. Meetings are open to anyone seeking support or recovery resources.
π Itβs one more reminder that Green Bay is full of people helping people- and thatβs something worth celebrating.
πβ° Green Bay High School Start Times Staying the Same
Good news for sleepy teens (and their parents): the Green Bay Area Public School District has decided not to change high school start times for the 2026β27 school year.
The district had been exploring a later start to improve student well-being and academic performance, but after reviewing logistics and transportation challenges, the schedule will remain as is. π
π Translation: set those alarms, folks, the early mornings continue! βοΈ
