Hey there 👋
Funny thing about dads. A lot of them spend their whole lives being the steady one, the early riser, the guy who fixes the thing before you even notice it’s broken, and they almost never ask for anything back. This Sunday is Father's Day, so consider this your reminder to give a little of that time back. Coffee on the porch, a walk somewhere green, a burger off the grill. No gift required, just show up.
It's a meaningful stretch beyond that, too. We're at the longest days of the whole year right now, the kind where the sun sticks around until you're ready for bed, and Juneteenth lands on Friday, a good moment to pause and reflect on how far our community has come and where it's still headed.
We packed this one full, so grab your coffee and scroll on through. Hope you find a reason or two to get out the door this week.
