📌Road Closures Begin as NFL Draft Preparations Kick Off Near Lambeau Field- With the NFL Draft approaching, construction has started around Lambeau Field, leading to road closures. Motorists should expect increased traffic and plan alternate routes. These closures are expected to remain until early May.

📌Associated Bank Hosts Kick-Off Event for 2025 NFL Draft- As the official bank sponsor of the 2025 NFL Draft, Associated Bank recently hosted a kick-off event to celebrate the upcoming festivities in Green Bay. The event featured insights from Associated Bank President & CEO Andrew Harmening and Green Bay Packers President & CEO Mark Murphy, highlighting the collaborative efforts to make the draft a success. Community leaders and fans gathered to mark the occasion, emphasizing the significant economic and cultural impact the draft is expected to have on the region. 

📌Damage and power outages from Winter Storm Frannie persist in Northwoods communities- While Green Bay is back to normal, Northwoods communities like Oconto, Townsend, and Wabeno are still recovering from Winter Storm Frannie. Power outages, fallen trees, and damaged roads remain. A warming shelter is open in Townsend to assist residents.

Formerly known as Green Bay Drop Forge, W.E. Hoban Co. has initiated construction on a new $28 million manufacturing facility at 3855 Finger Road in Green Bay's east-side industrial park.

The expansion, which began in March 2025, is expected to enhance production capabilities, double sales, and create new jobs. The company plans to move into the new facility in 2026. ​


📍 Great North Commons Nears Completion
Great North Commons, a three-story, 40,500-square-foot hospitality and entertainment venue, is set to open its doors in April 2025, just in time for the NFL Draft in Green Bay. Located on Armed Forces Drive, adjacent to Lambeau Field and the Resch Center, this multi-level facility will offer a variety of dining and event options.

  • First Floor: Pope's Pizza, an Italian restaurant and taproom. ​

  • Second Floor: Cowboy Mac's Country Club, a Tex-Mex country-inspired restaurant featuring live music. ​

  • Third Floor: Fire & Fir Event Hall, a 4,600-square-foot event space with indoor and outdoor patio areas offering views of Lambeau Field and the Packers' outdoor practice facility. ​

    Construction has been on an accelerated timeline to ensure readiness for the NFL Draft festivities. The venue's opening is highly anticipated, with expectations of becoming a staple in Green Bay's entertainment scene.

🥘 BelAir CantinaSituated at 1025 Lombardi Ave, Suite 100, in Ashwaubenon's Titletown district, the restaurant offers signature street-style tacos, handcrafted margaritas, and a community-centric atmosphere.

🚧 Traffic Advisory: NFL Draft Road Closures Begin

Major road closures are rolling out in Green Bay ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft. If you're planning to drive near Lambeau, here’s what you need to know 👇

📍Phase 1 (March 29–May 6):
• Oneida Street (Lombardi Ave to Stadium Dr)
• Armed Forces Dr (S. Oneida St to Blue Lot Entrance)

📍Phase 2 (April 13–May 2):
• Eastbound Lombardi Ave (S. Military Ave to Holmgren Way)
• S. Ridge Rd (Lombardi Ave to Valley View Rd)

📍Phase 3 (April 19–April 30):
• Westbound Lombardi Ave (S. Military Ave to Holmgren Way)

📍Phase 4 (April 23–27):
• Additional closures to be announced

🚗 Plan ahead and take alternate routes when possible!
