Before the chaos fully kicks in, a quick nudge from the Green Bay Metro Fire Department:

🕯️ Keep candles away from decorations and anything flammable
🍳 Stay in the kitchen while cooking (yes, even “just for a minute”)
🚨 Test smoke alarms and share your fire escape plan with guests

The Chill Chaser is officially underway across 20 Green Bay parks.

📄 Draw it on the Chill Chaser chart
🏛️ Turn it in at City Hall for prizes (and a final drawing entry)

🎁 The more parks, the better the odds:
• 5 symbols = prize + 1 entry
• 10 symbols = prize + 2 entries
• 20 symbols = prize + 4 entries

Runs now through early January, so you’ve got time to squeeze this in between cookies and Christmas movies.

Kids Rockin’ Eve is happening Wednesday, Dec 31 at the Children’s Museum of Green Bay and it’s made for families.

🛷 Winter Fun: Sledding Hills

Snow day coming? Save this.
Here are a few solid sledding spots around Green Bay to keep in your back pocket once winter fully shows up:

• Triangle Hill Sports Area – A classic with a little extra speed. $7 per person, cash only.
• Fireman’s Park – Free, open daily, and easy to access on the west side.
• John Muir Park – Another go-to neighborhood hill, open daily.

Bellevue

• Josten Park – A favorite for a reason. Big hill, lighting for nighttime sledding, and open until 10 PM.

De Pere

• Lions Trailside Park – The largest sledding hill in De Pere with a steep drop. Not for the faint of heart.
• Kiwanis Park – Easy-access hill tucked just off Lost Dauphin Road.
• De Pere Community Center – Convenient hill right next to the parking and the Community Center.
