📚 Wisconsin Moves to Protect Kids from Harmful AI
Good news for families: Wisconsin lawmakers have introduced bipartisan legislation to hold AI chatbot operators accountable for child safety. The bill would fine companies $25,000 if their chatbots encourage minors to harm themselves or engage in dangerous behavior. The proposal follows similar efforts gaining traction in other states, a promising sign that lawmakers are keeping pace with technology to put kids first.

🏡 Green Bay’s Luxury Market Is Still Hot
A Green Bay–area home sold for $2.4 million in 2025, signaling that the local luxury real estate market is holding strong, even as higher price points narrow the buyer pool.
The area continues to see strong demand for high-end homes, with more than 10 properties listed at $2 million or more. These homes often stand out for unique features, think high-end amenities, standout locations, or one-of-a-kind designs.
While this price range represents a small slice of the market, it’s a clear indicator that upper-end buyers are still active in the Green Bay area, reinforcing confidence in the region’s long-term desirability and growth.

🍴Pour Your Own Adventure in Ashwaubenon
District Pour Haus is officially open, and it’s bringing something new to the Stadium District.
Located on Mike McCarthy Way, this newly opened spot lets customers pour their own drinks from 48 self-serve taps, featuring a rotating mix of beers, wines, and ciders. You control the pour, the pace, and the experience.
Beyond the taps, District Pour Haus also offers a full-service kitchen with freshly prepared food designed to pair well with whatever’s in your glass.
The idea behind the concept is to create a place that works not just for Packers fans, but also for people heading to concerts and events at nearby venues like the Resch Center and Epic Event Center, something a little different from the typical bar-and-grill scene.
